Terms of use
The rules for using Pocklo, written to be read.
These terms are an agreement between you and Neatifai LLC, which makes Pocklo. By creating an account or using Pocklo, you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
Who can use Pocklo
- You must be 18 or older and in the United States.
- One account per person. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at security@pocklo.com if you think someone else is using your account.
- Pocklo is in beta: features change, and sometimes things break.
Your content
What you save in Pocklo is yours. You give Neatifai LLC permission to store, copy, process and send it only as needed to run Pocklo for you and the people you share with, including through the service providers named in the privacy policy. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which expire on their own.
Everyone in a shared space can see and change what’s in it. Share only what you have the right to share.
AI help
- Pocklo’s AI can be wrong. Check anything important, such as dates, times, amounts and names.
- Pocklo doesn’t give medical, legal, financial or safety advice. What it shows comes from your own notes.
- Pocklo is a helper, not a safety system. Don’t rely on it alone for anything where a missed reminder could hurt someone, such as medication timing.
- Pocklo isn’t an emergency service and can’t call for help. In an emergency, call 911.
Plans, trials and billing
- Pocklo Basic is free. Everything you save keeps working on it; AI help is paused.
- A household plan covers up to 6 adults who join it. Invited beta households get it free during the beta.
- When subscriptions open, a household plan is billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or on the web, at the price shown before you buy, plus any tax. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- A free trial lasts 14 days and needs a payment method. Unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes a paid plan. Each household and each person gets one trial.
- Cancel any time: in your Apple subscriptions for an App Store plan, or in Settings › Plan & usage › Manage billing for a web plan. The plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: App Store purchases follow Apple’s refund policy. For a web plan, if you’re charged for a renewal you didn’t mean to keep, email support@pocklo.com within 14 days and we’ll refund it. Otherwise payments aren’t refundable, except where the law requires.
- If the price changes, you’ll hear about it at least 30 days before your next renewal.
Using Pocklo fairly
Don’t use Pocklo to:
- break the law or help someone else break it;
- harass, threaten or harm anyone, or share content that exploits children;
- store or share content you don’t have the right to;
- probe, overload, scrape or attack Pocklo, get around its limits, or use automated sign-ups;
- pretend to be someone else, or get into accounts or spaces that aren’t yours.
Report abuse to security@pocklo.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account › Delete account. It’s deleted 7 days later unless you sign in and keep it. What you added to shared spaces stays for their other members.
No guarantees
Pocklo is provided as is. Neatifai LLC works hard to keep it running and accurate but can’t promise it will always be available, on time or free of errors, and disclaims warranties to the extent the law allows.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Neatifai LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed appointment or lost profits, and its total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid for Pocklo in the 12 months before the claim and $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email support@pocklo.com first; most problems are solved that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Neatifai LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
Each version of these terms has a number. When they change in a way that matters, Pocklo tells you in the app and asks you to accept the new version before you go on.
