Answers to the common questions, and how to reach a person.

Email support@pocklo.com and a person will answer within two business days. In the app, Settings › Help & feedback has help articles, a reminder checker and a way to send feedback. Is Pocklo down? Check status.pocklo.com.

Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. Pocklo emails you a 6-digit code that works for 15 minutes.
No email? Check spam and promotions, and wait a minute before asking for a new code; a new code replaces the old one.
After 10 wrong passwords, password sign-in pauses for 15 minutes. Resetting your password still works.

Reminders aren’t arriving

On iPhone, open Settings › Help & feedback › Not getting reminders? It checks notification permission, this phone’s registration and quiet hours, and can send a test reminder.
Focus and Do Not Disturb hold notifications. Turn on Time Sensitive notifications for Pocklo to let urgent reminders you set yourself through.
In a browser, reminders arrive while the browser is running and allowed to show notifications. On iPad, add Pocklo to your Home Screen and open it from there.

Download or delete your data

Settings › Account › Download your data makes a zip of everything you can see: your notes, lists, photos and settings.
Settings › Account › Delete account deletes your account 7 days later, unless you sign in and keep it. What you added to shared spaces stays for the others.

Sharing with your household

Invite someone from a shared space’s settings. An invite link works once, for 7 days.
Everyone in a shared space sees what’s in it. Your Personal space is only yours.

Plans and billing

Pocklo Basic is free, and everything you’ve saved keeps working on it.
Invited beta households get the household plan free during the beta.
Manage an App Store plan in your Apple subscriptions, and a web plan in Settings › Plan & usage.
